My doctor recommended the Depo Shot and I got it the week before surgery. It hasn't effected my weight loss. I'm down almost 30 lbs. My only issue is with losing weight I wonder if it effects the strength? I'm five weeks out since surgery and I've had a heavy period for two weeks.
