  1. I had my gastric bypass on June of 2016 at the age of 33. I am 5’10” and at the time of surgery I was 420lbs. I have so far lost 200lbs and am now in maintenance mode. I am having trouble with pain on my upper left side. And first I thought it was gas, but now am not sure. It is up under the bottom of the rib cage towards the front and always seems to hurt more, the more I move. any ideas to the cause???

  3. According to the sheet one sheet I got it says everything at 2 weeks and the other I got, it says daily @ 2 weeks, calcium and Iron @ 4 weeks and B12 @ 6 weeks. But the company that supplies the nasal B12 also supplies the rest of my vitamins and they are all shipped together. I guess I am just trying to figure out if I can start the B12 now so that when I get the next shipment I actually need everything instead of being 2 weeks ahead on some and behind on others.

  5. I am 4 weeks post op. I have already started my daily Vitamins, but I keep getting different answers as to when to start the B12. Some say at 3 weeks post-op, others say 6 weeks post-op. When am I suppose to start taking it? I am going to be using the weekly B12 nasal spray.
