16 months post -op severe left side pain

I had my gastric bypass on June of 2016 at the age of 33. I am 5’10” and at the time of surgery I was 420lbs. I have so far lost 200lbs and am now in maintenance mode.

I am having trouble with pain on my upper left side. And first I thought it was gas, but now am not sure. It is up under the bottom of the rib cage towards the front and always seems to hurt more, the more I move. any ideas to the cause???

I had the similar symptoms and it was a bowel blockage due to scar tissue. I had a surgery to correct. A CT scan showed the blockage. Good luck!
