My surgery date is on the 11th like u my hair is a big concern but Protein and Biotin at 10000 a day is most important i have watched so many videos and asked so many people and everyone is different but they say at 3 Months it begins i pretty much freaked myself out watching videos on you tube alot of people on there track thier surgery but i have came to the conclusion that everyone is different and alot of people don't stick to thier Vitamins as they should everything u eat should be filled with protein and all the videos post op i see they all still have hair not as thick as before but still a good amount and it always grows back Sent from my SM-N900T using the BariatricPal App
