    My fiancée just had the sleeve with Dr. Illan in Oct. I found Dr. Illan on here too. I'm soooooooooooo happy that I decided he should go thru BP Mexico because the treatment was stellar compared to a few other places who put you on the plane the day of DISCHARGE from the hospital!     This review was EVERYTHING I needed to make the final decision on where my fiance will have his surgery in MX! Initially I looked online for doctors and made a decision. After talking to our representative and doing more research I wasn't feeling so great about our decision. I decided to put my bariatric pal account to use and dig deeper...BOY WAS THIS THE BEST thing ever! Not only did we find the best surgeons recommended by bariatric pal...the reviews from actual patients has been super helpful! I'm excited about him going to MX to have the sleeve now because I feel much better with our choice to go with Dr. Illan at Oasis! I can't have my King out here being treated like a pauper lol!

    I contacted my insurance carrier to verify if they covered the procedure & what I was responsible for paying. The insurance carrier (HAP) then told me which hospital & doctors I was allowed to go to. I contacted their office to find out next steps. Good luck! Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App
