I myself was an fast eater and have to remind myself at times to slow it down. I noticed when I eat fast and get fool lots of saliva and mucous builds up in my throat to where I can't swallow it I have to constantly spit Sent from my iPhone

Well I think my photo will tell all so I won't say much. This has been an Journey and not quite easy I shall say. One month after surgery (VSG) I had my gallbladder removed that was tough. Today I'm great!! My highest weight was 289 lbs my current weight as of today is 243.8 Sent from my iPhone

I have and I had to really work that muscle their probably tight and need to be worked mine was bad I had to take pain meds and walk around do certain movement while it wasn't hurting at the time. And I'm feeling better now. But again if it's reallly concerning it doesn't hurt to call them Sent from my iPhone

I swear I went through the exact same thing I had surgery this past Wednesday. All I can say is take your meds on time . Some people needed it some don't. I definitely needed mine. I had surgery on the 14th. I sleep on my back flat mostly and on my side some, with the help of my pillow.I'm gone have to try my side so far I've been sleeping in a recliner Sent from my iPhone I was uncomfortable in a recliner. I'm a stomach sleeper so I'm trying to work my way on over. I'm the same way I love sleeping on my belly but it be feeling like everything shifts in my belly when I turn Sent from my iPhone
