    I have just started this journey as well. I am using Dr. Paul Macik at Northside. He seems to be very good from the research I did on him. I'm not sure if he is on your insurance or not.     I just saw my dr for the first time on Monday. I also have Humana. Do you mind me asking how long it took to get your pre-approval for surgery after you completed all of your appointments and sent in all of your paperwork?
