I got my VGS surgery on the 20th of July and I'm on the "mushy" diet phase. I'm having a very hard time getting in all my Protein and I am struggling keeping down the Protein shakes, I'm only getting in protein via beans and soft tofu right now. My doctor and NUT recommended I look into a different Protein powder that is plant based but didn't have any samples or recommendations. If anyone has any experience/recommendations of a plant based protein powder that tastes decent PLEASE let me know! Thank you so much for taking the time to respond!

Hello, everyone! I'm getting my sleeve surgery on the 20th and I would like to know what were some symptoms that you weren't told of that I could possibly be experiencing post-op? My doctor went through some common ones with me but some input from someone who has gone through the surgery would be valuable and much appreciated. Thank you for any and all information!

I'm getting the sleeve surgery done this month in Texas but i will be moving up there in late August!

I will definitely take all this advice and run with it! I can't thank you guys enough, this REALLY helped me out!
