    I assumed I couldn't add them (berries/greens) but since it didn't specifically state that in my food plan I thought I'd ask. I'll stay on the straight and narrow. It's so worth it after 30+ years of battling my weight. Thank you all for the advice!

    Hello everyone! I'm a long time lurker, first time posting. I was sleeved June 24th. I'm at the full liquids stage. (2 weeks post op) I've been trying to get creative with my protein shakes. I would like to add just a little bit of spinach and berries to them, blended very well of course, but I want to make sure it's safe for my sleeve. Anyone else doing this? Or should I just hold out till the puréed diet?
