  7. With all the respect in the world, do you really think that's a good idea? You need to change your mindset and ice cream, even SF ice cream 6 days from surgery is counter to every reason you had surgery. Reread your plan from your surgeons office and remember why you just had major surgery. Plus, is it really worth it? How good is SF ice cream anyway. ?   14. Need some advice on what to do with my clothes that don't fit. I seem to be having a hard time parting with them even though they are so big and hopefully I will never wear them again. They are sitting in 7 huge plastic bags in my spare bedroom and I know I have to do something. My issues are as follows: 1) these clothes served me well and there are still pieces that I love. 2) I spent a ton on money on these clothes. 3) God forbid, what if I need them again. 4) where do i actually get rid of them?   24. @@BarefootDrummer hey, reaching-out because I could have written everything you just posted. Would love to connect. I am having surgery on the 25th. So far I have only told only my husband and plan to keep it that. I'm 43 have yo-yo'd my whole life, but I am super active. Happily married, one daughter and I live in DC.
