  1. I agree. I had gallstones. This aint it. Everything I read says its related to simple carbs. But it's usually only in the morning, and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat. So decided I just need to delay when I have breakfast, and just had tea before work, and I still got it from that. Guess I should just avoid any intake for a couple of hours after getting up.
  2. Nope, not a gallbladder attack - BTDT, and the gallbladder and I have parted ways (a year or two before the gastric sleeve). Talked to doctor. He just suggested avoiding simple carbs. Congrats on the 100+ lbs weight loss BTW.

  4. Hi all - I had gastric sleeve surgery 2/5 years ago. For the past few months I have been having dumping syndrome. The reading I have done all says that it comes from eating simple carbs. And if I do eat cookies (my main downfall in life) I tend to get it. But I will get it when eating non-simple carbs. For instance, this morning I had a egg for breakfast and had a fairly bad "attack". It seems to be more of an issue in the morning, than other times of the day. Has anyone experiencing dumping syndrome found ways of preventing it? Thanks
