I always sprinkle about 1/4 tsp of salt when they are boiling, and fill the pan with ice when the eggs are done. When the ice melts, they are cool enough to touch, lightly roll the egg on the counter to crush the shell, and it usually peals right off. Then put them back in water for them to finish cooling

Good morning! So far, I have just watched YouTube videos of people's week by week progress, some post op on what to take to the hospital, and what to expect the first couple weeks. Doin it in Mexico, I don't have the siminarz to go to, or a doctor to ask questions. I have quiet a few clients who've had it done, and so I'm kinda just gathering info right now. Are you excited? Anxious? I spent the day yesterday with an 80 yr old health food nut, and I'll tell ya, the drink she made for me was some kind of scary, not something I could see myself doing on a long term deal.
