  1. My nutritionist gave me a scenario asking how many pounds a year I would gain/lose in a year. At the rate I was going I would well over 150 lbs to lose and very likely lose all my mobility. With all the important people in my world I want to show them that I am proactive in using the tool of bariatric surgery. If I have surgery and gain weight I will never be as heavy as the rate I was gaining before. I am 4 days post surgery. It is tough but with support and education i will save and enhance my life. I feel I am being respectful towards myself. God bless you. Sent from my LG-V410 using the BariatricPal App

  5. Day 1 and 2 were hard. I am on day 3 and I now have a routine and acceptance that I have had a lifetime of eating whatever and whenever I want. Now is time to start to go towards my goal, a lighter me so I can move again! Sent from my LG-V410 using the BariatricPal App
