  2. Just got done with the EGD scope and l am now cleared for the sleeve. Doc says no problem with July 5 so pre-op diet starts now. Already been cutting done on eating in preparation but it is now time to get serious. Two weeks seems like a life time to wait. Sent from my SM-G930V using the BariatricPal App
  3. Mine gave me actual shopping list and stuff for post op. Here is the link to mine. Start page 32 and align w your doc rules. Hope it helps! http://www.drbalette.com/images/Houston-Bariatric-Surgery-patient-manual.pdf Working beyond grief for a better life! Thanks for sharing your manual. All I got were generic pieces of paper though it did have some examples. Sent from my SM-G930V using the BariatricPal App Mine gave me actual shopping list and stuff for post op. 4. Wow. What a lot to go through. Glad to hear your PCP is behind you. I know how frustrating it is. I have been dieting my whole life and just did hormone replacement therapy to see if that would help. It did nothing but help me gain weight. Like I need that kind of help. Lol Can't wait and am getting more and more excited every day. Sent from my SM-G930V using the BariatricPal App
  5. Good luck. Can I ask why you are switching and if they remove and sleeve in the one surgery? Sent from my SM-G930V using the BariatricPal App
  6. I'm 5' 1" at 255 lbs with a BMI of 48. Let me know if I left anything out. Sent from my SM-G930V using the BariatricPal App
  7. Hello all, If all goes well with my EGD on June 21, my surgery date will be July 5. So excited and would like to join your buddy group. Personally for me, It really helps to have others to talk to that are going through the same experiences and to be able to pounce ideas off of when I am unsure about something.
  8. They haven't finalized my date yet, but it is either the 5th or 19th of July. Hoping for the 5th to get the waiting over with and put it on my tickler to help me keep my positive thinking going.
  9. Stevia made me sick so I switched to organic coconut sugar.
