I've completed all requirements except I have one last appointment with the psychologist then I'll be cleared and approved by my insurance. My surgeon said that I had to lose 14-20lbs before surgery.... It's such a bummer because it's HARD! I have to lose this weight before December!! Any diet suggestions on what to do daily to get there! I'm stressing because I feel like I have no control I don't wanna live like this I'm only 5'1 279lbs. Heyyy Beautiful Sharifah - I had my surgery at John Hopkins Bayview on 8/8/16! Yay, I found someone! My sugeon was originally Dr. Steele but she had to go out on medical leave and they switched me to Dr. Nguyen. The nurses are wonderful on 6th floor surgery unit. Let me know if you have any questions!
