  1. The nurse told me, we need the food to sit in our stomachs as long as possible for proper absorbion of nutrients and to feel satisfied longer, the liquids will push the food on through....I try to stick to this, it's kind of hard though God is everything

Lol omg, I felt the same I'm 2 weeks out, and I know I shouldn't do it, but mash patatoes go down soon smooth and I don't feel the restriction....so yes ur normal, when I try to eat Beans or tuna, my sleeves not having it...but intend to forget about the 4 oz rule, bad habits are hard to break, I eat until I feel full smh God is everything
