  3. Hi all, I had my surgery in May of 2016, so far I have lost 68 lbs. I currently weigh 162 and still loosing. I have gone from a size 18/20 to a 12. I just can't believe how far I have come. I have tons more energy. I did not realize just how bad I felt until I got off all that sugar and got some weight off. The first month is the absolute worst, but if you can get through that you can do it, it gets better I promise. When you start seeing the pounds melt off it will all be worth it. Just remember "this too shall pass." It is very depressing to only eat 4 or 5 bites of food, but you will find yourself eating a little more as time goes on. Just don't forget what got you here to start with.
  4. Hi, I am one week and one day post-op. I have not had a BM yet, of course I am only taking G2 and broth. Is this normal? How long before you have a bm after surgery? I am not uncomfortable and I don't feel like I need to go. Just wondering.......
  5. It will get better, today will be horrible. Gas-x is a life saver. I was dizzy too, walk anyway, just have someone go with you. My surgeon does not give narcotics so I was miserable. Just keep taking the meds as often as you can have them, keep your IVF as long as possible. I promise you will feel better in a few days.
  6. Hi, I had surgery on the same day. I have to do clear liquids for 2 weeks. I feel ok just very weak and tired. I hope this will get better. It is hard sitting here watching TV and seeing all these food commercials and I feel hungry but can't eat.
  7. Hi, I had my surgery exactly one week ago today. Just remember the day of surgery is horrible, it will get better, a little each day. Keep walking, keep your IV fluids as long as you can, and take the G2 flavor you like best with you to the hospital.
