Hi you guys! I wanted to share this with you because I am so excited and want to encourage you to measure yourself if you are not already doing it. Its never to late to start!!! My name is Deb, I had my sleeve done on June 6th I lost 20 lbs in the first 15 days (weird from what ive heard) but not much since another 6 lbs and I found myself being a little discouraged even though in my head I know that really that is incredible but I am an instant gratification person and always want more and right now (probably reason for getting fat in the first place) but anyway... This morning the scale wasn't cooperating with me but I kept looking in the mirror as I would pass by and I could see a difference so I decided to measure myself, someone had suggested it on here I believe so I had measured before surgery and boy am I glad I did!!!! I have lost 1 inch on my neck, 2.5 on my bust, 3 on my hips, 3 on my waist!!!!!!!!

Hey don't worry about it, I am the same way and everything is fine with me, I guess some just have it easier than others! just stop when you feel full of course within reason

that is not true all the time about the weight gain, I had surgery on june 6th and at my one week appointment I had lost 15 lbs I am just barley moving the scale down now though

buy some baby spoons it helped me a lot

I think I was doing better before I bought my fancy scale and started weighing myself like a crazy woman lol

Hi I had surgery on june 6th and had a very easy time of it! the only thing is that I had nausea really bad right after but I guess I was lucky I did not have any of the gas pains they are talking about heck I didn't even have a sore throat! the MOST, MOST IMPORTANT THING TO HAVE IS AN ABDOMINAL BINDER! I wore mine all the time for the first week or so especially for me at night because without it if I turned over it hurt but once I put the binder on it was much better.

I had to fill out a lot of stuff and then talked to a guy for about 30 min and he said I wasn't crazy so he signed off lol
