    Hi all - I am hoping for a July date. I have my last nut visit on June 2nd. I see the Dr on June 7th. If all goes according to plan then they will submit for insurance. I cant believe I am nearing the end of this process and am getting so excited. Where is every located? I am in Bradenton, FL.

    Hi there. I am near Tampa in Bradenton. What hospital are you going to? Congrats on getting your approval. I am on my last nutritionist visit on June 2 and Dr visit on the 7th, I am hopeful at that point it will be sent for approval from insurance. I am hoping for a July surgery date.
