Hi It is great to see so many people met off of mtach.com because that is where i met my currant interest and It is great. I was looking but not for a marriage but friends and I met a great person out of it.

I don think she will either, and to be honest and i hope i dont hurt anyones feelings, we all we would thinner to if we had the money to have a personal trainer, and someone cooking our food that we are supposed to eat. Granted it takes dedication even then but it does make it easier

I dont have one of those but I have a stairmaster and I love it, I use it all the time.

I am doing well I was banded on dec 1 2005 My scares are healing great, no problems, eating, I just got approval to start exercising so I started yesterday I could fell it in my abs allot quicker than I was hoping but I will get back into my old routine soon. Congrats on your surgery date. I will be rooting for you.

Dont feel that way I still am eating, just not as much. The key to the band is it tells you when you are going to be in trouble for you to regonize stopping sooner. I still can drink ice cold or hot without a problem. Don't feel like this is a bad situtation we all react different but we are all here to achieve the same goal lose weight and be healthy. You are going to do great in your surgery and post, just remeber life change, not life is dead

I have found that applebees has a great weight watchers menu, they are smaller portions, and low calories high protien. They are good to. We all made this choice in our life to get banded do not let people ruin the goal we have for ourselves and that is to get healthy and to loss weight. It is hard, but if they can not handle it, just do not go out to eat with them. Harsh I know, but we paid allot of money and pain just to go back to normal habits,

Hello I live in idaho but i did my surgery on DEC 1 2005 by a dr Christine Richards in SLC it cost me about 13,000.00 I do know some insurance companies pay for it, mine did not. She is a great doctor and has a wonderful support system that comes with this. They call me, they email me, and send me letters. It was and is a great experience any other questions let me know.
