    Well, first off , congratulations on your big step to the new you! I had my Sleeve done April 13 2016 and I found the surgery is the easiest part! . Not that post op is difficult or painful but different. I too was an emotional eater and now I fill that void with other hobbies. I have been known to stare at the food and just not want it. . I surf Pinterest and day dream of the recipes Use the beginning when your body does not want food to find your support for when you have an emotional eating desire. That's what I am learning to do now as well. I'm knitting or going to support group. What state are you in? I'm in Texas. Good Luck and if you don't already have a support, I highly recommend getting one. But I'm always up for a chat . Best of luck with your surgery, you're going to do great!!
