:sad:I was banded 06-11-08 and only lost 15lbs I am so ashamed that I have not been online in a couple of months I must admit I do not excerise or eat the right foods I did not have any restriction until 10-14-08 when I had my 3rd fill I have a 10cc band and I am about 7 1/2 cc full now and boy I know restriction now I can't eat what I want now I have to eat smart beacause not much is going to get in I have also been dealing with depression which I working hard on I have not been working since my surgery so I will be back to work and back in a routine next week where I will be a lot more active I hope this will help me but I just feel like a loser because I am not losing I just need some words that will work so I can move my ass and not feel so alone in this journey and get back on wagon .:Dancing_biggrin:

Hang in there, I was banded on June 11 2008 and I have lost only 13lbs but I don't eat right or excerise I need to close my mouth and move my ass and I am sure I wil be singing a new tune have you even had your 1st fill yet? I was filled 1x so far and I feel a little restriction with some foods and boy does it hurt I will learn soon enough.

I was banded on June 11th and I am not sure when I wll get my 1st fill I have a follow up appointment on July 1st do you think I will get a fill then? I am very exitced about getting on the road to a restriction because I don't have any right now

I am about 12 day post opt and I still have my strei strip on mine? Did yours come off?

:scared2:I must confess I have cheated on my post op diet I was banded on June 11th did good up until Friday June 20 and I had cream of wheat for breakfast real soupy and then blended stuffing and chicken to a mushie state Saturday about 2x and this morning. I have read alot of postopt cheater threads but now I am scared I have streched or damage my band or caused a slippage. I fill real full now and I am real scared for myself I just had to let my feelings out or guilt will eat me alive does anybody know what my punishment will be? I promise to get back on my preopt diet ASAP and stay on it. Thank you all for reading my confession.

I am 12 days post op and I did the same thing I feel like a failure I ate some stuffing with chicken blended to a mushie type stage and I did ok with it but I am suppose to be on full liqids for 3weeks I am just tired of those protein drinks and fruit smoothies I want food. I will get back in the boat and try to stay in but is hard I wish u all the success with these stages that we are going thru.

Welcome I was banded 6-11-08 and I felt the same way I did very will and I am home and recovering but starving the surgery went well and no problems so far just keep reading the blogs and people will help you thru this after surgery the pain I have is gas and neck pain a little form the cuts I also walked a lot before and after surgery this will help so make sure you are walking now keep me posted I wish all the luck with you new life .

Hello, I was banded 06-11-08 and I have to be on full liquids for 3weeks and I am starving and you say your eating did you start eating on your own or did the dr say it was ok?please give me some answers I need to eat something the soups are not do anything for me.

Yes the Doc sd I have a soft murmur aand a 3rd heart beat I am ok for surgery banded 06-11-08 and in alot of gas pain right now.
