  1. I wholeheartedly agree. I used coloring to assist me while quitting smoking. One of my triggers for smoking was talking on the phone, every time the phone rang I went out the door to smoke. So to combat that trigger I headed to the table to color. I used it in the morning with my coffee, and after dinner. All the times I would normally smoke I colored.   2. I'm east of Toronto in Oshawa. I'm new to the group. I've just gone to my information session thus far, I have 2 follow up appointments scheduled so far. I'm curious which hospitals/programs you all are going to.
  3. I haven't had surgery yet. But recently I was thinking about how when I travel I'll fit into the airplane seat better. And maybe going to an amusement park, and zip lining.
