  7. Had my 3 week post open appointment yesterday and found out I've dropped 32.3 pounds. I couldn't believe the scale. I was all up in the air with me head on the clouds until I went home to finish packing. I picked a a heavier box than I probably should have been carrying and to be blunt I shat myself. One of the most horrifying experiences of my adult life as I was with my boyfriend. I couldn't have been more embarrassed. Is this something that generally happens?
