I can relate I felt the same way. One thing that I'm finding helpful is trying new recipes for each stage. Like for the liquid stage I played around with different homemade broths and smoothies. I also started doing new things with my husband like going for walks.

I had my one month appointment today. I'm down 22 lbs. I haven't lost weight in a week and a half. This could be a stall but I'm not sure yet. So now it's on to soft foods but I'm not sure I'm ready to give up my smoothies. My doctor wants me down to 1 smoothie a day.

I'm 3 weeks out and I'm always sleepy even after following everything too tea. So l'm looking forward to what others have to say about this.

I'm 3 weeks out and struggling. Every night and when I wake up I'm throwing up. During the day everything makes my stomach upset. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Even Protein shakes are upsetting my stomach. I haven't lost weight in a week but I feel that's because I'm bloated and retaining fluids not foods.
