    Hello Ladies. I was looking up info on Dr Duckett and found this thread. I am from Toledo and have just started the process of getting the Lap Band. I went to the informational meeting at St. Lukes last week and Dr Duckett lead the meeting. Looks like that is who I will be going with.

    My name is Janel. I have just started the process of getting the Lap Band. I can not wait to hear all your stories and meet people that are right there with me! I am married...will be 8 years in March. My husband, Rodney, just had the Vertical Sleeve done in September (another type pf weight loss surgery.) He has lost a total of 130 lbs. We have a 4 year daughter named Emma. I can not wait to be able to keep up with her. I currently weigh about 355...man I can not believe I just admitted to that to people I do not even know. Seems weird. I am so sick of body pain. I want to be a good example to my daughter and heck be here to watch her grow. Can not wait to get to know you all! Anyone else from NW Ohio?
