Good for you it was hard but I think it would only lead to problems down the road stay focused and keep up the good work.

Great job! Good luck with your future weight loss and getting healthy. I also was started about the same size as you 550# banded 7weeks down 90# keep it going one day at a time we all will win the battle.

Hi I was banded on Jan 25th 2008 started at 540 so far lost 65 pounds never really hungry but problem is when I go to bed I get this foamy or slimey junk backing up into my throat making me sick.Any suggestions Tried extra pillows,acid relux meds,and eating 4-5 hours before bed.
