  4. This is my first post. I'm due to have my surgery next Tuesday, but my milk and yogurt diet has made me so constipated, I've been drinking loads of Water so don't understand why I'm so constipated. What are the best laxatives to use at this stage ? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
