  1. have to agree. checking weight every day is not a smartest thing. a lot of people cant cope with small gain and doing stupid things. Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App

  4. few weeks after surgery. never could eat spicy food. now i had spicy houmous and nothing. taste like there is too much vinegar but cant feel any burning to mouth. so had try chilli powder spices. nothing. sliced jalapenos? nothing. my lips was always burning even after med spicy food. now there are like dead.

  7. once a week. dont see reason to stress myself every day. your weight depends from amount of water or salt u had day before or fact that u didnt poop or pee yet. has nothing to do with your actual losing weight process. you will see that is pound more than yesterday and will start to starve yourself. and the real reason can be that u had too much salt yesterday and your body holded more water.
