Reading this makes me wonder why so many keep it a secret. I just had my sleeve done April 20. I am blasting all of it on fb. I made this decision with a heavy heart but I knew I had to do it. For some reason today is a downer for me. Maybe it is the weather. My surgery was last Wednesday. I started at 294 and as of today I am 272. I didn't feel like eating until day 4 and even then I ate very little. I miss food but I am thankful that I've had no complications. I belong to MOMS Club and they have fed my family every other night since my surgery which has been a relief. My first attempt at puréed foods left my bloated and a nasty taste in my mouth so now I don't want to try again.
