  4. Thanks guys. I've got pain meds but they don't seem to help. I don't wanna jinx it as I had a terrible night last night but during the day today it's not been as bad.   5. Hi all, I had my band op 20/4/16. I feel so good in myself everything healing nicely. But my shoulder! I'm climbing the walls! I've tried heat, peppermint tea even gas remedies! Does anyone please please have any other ideas or could tell me this will stop eventually! If this is a permanent fixture I'm doomed!! It's been so bad at night it's been reducing me to tears!
