  1. I was sleeves 3/22 I too went through some "tired" days. This week I've tried to get in more nutrition and it has help. I have been approved for soft solids but anything solid comes right back up! My doctor says it's because of the Hiadal Hernia surgery and that can take up to 8 weeks. Anyone else have the hernia surgery and have problems? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. My sister is 1 year ahead of me with the sleeve surgery. She told me to write down my measurements so I did. When I hit the three stall I kept measuring and was still losing inches.
