  1. Eggplant I can't digest but meatballs are usually ok.
  2. Yes protein, complex carbs and good fats will help you stay full. I am 4 years out and still measure my food (also a little OCD lol). Sugar makes you more hungry and so does caffeine. All processed foods usually have added sugar. Take your time and chew slowly too. Protein also takes longer for your body to digest...just make good choices you can do this!
  3. You look great! I was 4 years out April 21st so I guess I am a veteran!
  4. Caffeine isn't recommended...I pureed lots of food into liquid when I had mine...
  5. I am 4 years out. Last 2 years I have really upped my exercises. I'm a little OCD with it really...but I initially lost the weight below my goal but d once exercising so much my hips and thighs have gotten bigger because of the extra skin and I had to get a size bigger pants too to accommodate them. I am just obsessed with them now and just can't seem to accept them as I should...anyone else have this issue? How did you learn to not hate yourself but love your ever evolving body?!
