I have found a lot of non weight bearing exercises to do on floor, after you get past your first 1 or 2 weeks... **** does happen, but it's going to be better once the sitting is over!   9. Hi all, Georgia gal here, I had surgery august 1 2012. Since then, I have lost 300 lbs, now stuck, gotten married, dealt with depression getting worse, recovering from major foot reconstruction, and just need support from like minded people... I am at this point mainly because I've let myself get here, but I'm so afraid of gaining again... my husband has never been over 200 lbs and just doesn't seem to get it.
