I'm sorry I did not know I had a comment here. I had my band in August 28, 2008 I have lost 35 lbs. Its not easy way out. Until you reach a good fill you have to depend on will power. You are not able to eat as much as you could but you still can eat a lot more then they tell you. If I can be any more help you can email me directly at carrie@the-eberles.net -

try mixing your protein with yogurt and sf pudding. that is how i get mine down and it keeps me full.

I use chocolate amplify from GNC and I love to mix mine with my sf chocolate pudding. It tastes like cake batter.

I will be banded on the 27th of August? I am also on a 10 day pre-op diet. So far so good. Just trying to hang in there. :cursing: -
