  1. @judanna - this is awesome because I am right behind you literally with Dr. Nain. I check in at 12:30, surgery around 3:00. This has been a good experience for me and the staff is really nice. I am really excited and yes nervous. I am also on day 5 of the liquid diet and have been hanging in there. I am staying motivated knowing there is a good outcome with sticking to the plan. It is great to have a surgery buddy! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. @Luckygirl8. Congrats to you on your journey. I will also be sleeved on 28 April. I am also in the pre-op diet which requires me to have 4 Shakes, 2 protein bars, 1 banana or cup of skim milk, up to 4 servings of sugar free jello and Popsicles. Has not been to bad, but I must say the best part of my day is the banana. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  5. I am getting sleeved on 28 April 2016 and plan to take 2 weeks off. That is what my physician recommends due to low energy and the dietary needs initially. I see where people have taken between 2 - 4 weeks and a few less than that. I am curious to know myself from others. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
