  1. " data-cite="Shell " data-ipsquote-timestamp="1462869516"> I was sleeved 29/3 and my scale is moving slower than a turtle having a nap grrrrr Sent from my iPhone I thought I was the only that felt that way. Same day as you too scale hasn't moved in 2+weeks..I'm in the same boat. I'm down 25lbs total, but the scale hasn't moved in over 2 weeks...
  2. I definitely hit my stall. I see what everyone is talking about now.
  3. Lol, I thought the same thing! Coffee is way overpriced here. Btw, I'm in the 831 too.
  4. They told me I could have decaf right away, but never mentioned regular caffeine. I'm having awful coffee cravings, and decaf isn't cutting it. Lol.
  5. Does anyone know when we can have coffee?
  6. Fiber gummies from costco helped me Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App I was told gummies were not allowed, ever again. Be careful.Just Fiber gummies?or all gummies? Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App All things gummy! They take too long to digest etc. check with your doc.Really? How odd. My md and nut told me to eat the gummy mutivits, and gummy fiber. I guess all programs are different.
  7. I'm the same way. I tried to eat some of my baby's grilled cheese yesterday. Didn't go so well. Lol. It's amazing, been faced with this addiction head on, it's unnerving. It's a struggle.
  8. Nope, sticking like glue. I'm getting tired of them! I just want to rip them all off. But I wont. Not til I see my md.
  9. When I had my band done, I was also on 2 weeks of clear liquids. It really is brutal, and feels like torture! My md this time around let's us go full liquids once we are home. It's completely normal and understandable to have hungar pangs, and total head hungar when you are restricted to clears. Hoping these 2 weeks pass quickly for you! 10. I had a revision done on the 29th. From band to sleeve. So far I can tolerate almost anything. Except today I tried some watered down hummus and felt terribly sick after. That was the 1st real time I've had any nausea, or thought I might throw up. I'm terrified of vomitting, and rupturing a suture. I'm still struggling to get all my Water in. But so far, I've had blended Beans, oatmeal, avocado w/ plain Greek yogurt, and Protein shakes. Everything is blended super fine. Maybe the hummus was too thick still, or too heavy. Activity wise, I can walk around stores and the mall, but have to take it very slow, or I'll feel faint. I have a lot of head hunger, and feel like I need to chew things. Luckily, I haven't had much gas pains, walking seems to help. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
