    I had surgery on May 10th... As of yesterday I was 54 pounds lighter since May 2nd. Recovery was good for me, the only real adjustment that I had to make, and am still working on is that my eyes are way bigger than my stomach.

    I'm on 5 protein shakes, chicken and beef stock, sugar-free Popsicle, and any sugar free beverage basically for 2 weeks!
