  1. Walmart has some P3 "snacks" next to the Lunchables. They have 10-13g of Protein in 4 oz or less.... They are little cubes of ham, chicken or turkey with little cubes of cheese & a small serving of nuts. It's a great meal/snack. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  4. Kraków57. I'm almost 3 weeks out & between the low BP & low blood sugar I'm taking it easy until I get leveled out. I'm now upping my Protein & making sure I get my fluids.
