    I'm 4 days out and have been using Protein shots to get my protein. In a 3.9oz bottle I get 42g of protein.     I had my surgery on the 25th! The pain has subsided well and overall I feel great. It's definitely a challenge getting all the Protein & Water in. I have found that if you heat up the water it goes down a bit easier. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
