  1. I had the vsg surgery April 11, 2016 by Dr. Gluck, in Muskegon, Michigan. I was able to get down to 198. Well 10 months after surgery and over 150lbs lost, I found out I was pregnant with my son. After I found out I stopped the healthy lifestyle and started back at my old bad habits. Now I only gained 20lbs the whole pregnancy and I was basically sick the whole pregnancy, vomiting. After I had my son, i breastfed and became active so at my month checkup i got back down to 198. Well here I am almost 8 months after having my son and I'm up to 242. Well I did the pouch reset and lost 10lbs because I was 252. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to continue losing and stay away from garbage processed foods. I'm trying to be good to myself and not become a failure. I'm scared I'm going to become unhealthy again. I mean I have been doing good so far but I want to continue
  2. My friend got the gastric bypass and is 21 days out of surgery. She did great for the first 14 days. She's allergic to anti nausea medicine. The problem is she has no appetite, the thought of or the smell of any food makes her either nauseous or sick. Is there a point where she will get relief?
