  3. I'm not on any restrictions right now - but I did find a good Protein shake. I got it from costco and its 30g of protein per shake. My sis-in-law had the sleeve done about 18 months ago and it's one she recommended. They are not tooooo terrible I think it's called pure protein, but I can double check that tomorrow - I'm already in bed with my sick 6 year old next to me. 6. I'm from Carmel, Indiana Stay at home mom (for the time being). Just got my surgery scheduled yesterday and am a little nervous, but mostly excited! Have a meeting with the nutritionist on the 12th and will have to start a pre-op diet then. I am dreading that. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. Hi! I'm completely new here, but I'm getting the sleeve done on April 25th. I'm a 38 year old mother of 3 (ages 6,4 and 2). I've been told that having a 'buddy' to go through this journey with is incredibly beneficial! I think we are on the same track - would you be interested in being my 'buddy'??
