    I am not happy at all i want to be in the 100s. My diet really struggling right now. I did alot of snacking on unhealthy things.. Sugar and flour made things. I have trouble with do i follow calories macros or just watch portions.

    I never got to the 180 they told me to get to at first. But then when i went back for 1 year appt. I was 215 amd she said that was a gokd weight for me but i beg the differ.

    I had my gastroc bypass in 2016 Surgery weight 292 current weight 233 goal wait 185. I am still working hard after gaining from 215 to 233.
