  4. I was having same concerns but they told me today that they don't put anything in your band till 6 weeks post-op due to the swelling. So your swelling may have went down some. Once they fill your band some, you'll be able to see a difference. I had surgery the 29th of June. Good luck Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App

  8. I used the bariatric shakes. Protein is what you really need and they really helped me. Along with the broth but watch the calories in it. And watch the sodium in it as well because of it messing up your water intake. Make sure you're very hydrated. Good luck
