  7. I have been heavy all my life, and this surgery is a way for me to add years onto my life and I am so blessed and excited about it. I have always struggled with self image but as I go future in this journey the more my future body scares me. Although my weight is a problem it has been with me forever and its hard to imagine myself without it ( appearance wise) Does anyone else have self esteem issues about post surgery body images, if so what's so tips to cope with it?
