  2. I find it astonishing when people think that having a surgery to assist in weight loss is cheating. Frankly, it's harder than regular diet and exercise, but much more rewarding, and nobody does it just to take the easy way out. It is not easy. They do it for their health, well being, and quality of life. Anyone who has the stupidity to say something like that is ignorant and shallow. Do not listen to them. You are doing the right thing, and you are the only one who matters in this decision. Keep up the good work!
