  1. I was ok by dr and nutritionist to eat yogurt, pudding, Jello, during this stage...I'm 2.5 weeks post op and have had them since I left the hospital. No complications and I feel great Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  3. Hello all... I am wanting any and all feedback about this process from beginning to current...I am a divorced father of 1. I have limited support emotionally, but have decided to go forward anyway! I feel like I can not know enough. Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. My first appointment is 3/17/16 and I could not be more excited, nervous, scared, happy...My emotions run the gambit! Thank you all for your input...
