  5. Stretching after walking

    I had my surgery 6 days ago. I joined a running/ walking clinic to help hold me accountable. After walking for about 45 minutes the instructors has us do some stretches. I didn't do all of them because I was worried I'd hurt myself. Does anyone know when it's safe to stretch? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
