I can have any sugar free soda, drink mix (like Crystal light or mio) stuff like Vitamin Water zero, tea sweetened with no calorie sweetener, coffee without creamer, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, broth, can chew sugar free gum also. Lisa ????

Days 1 and 2 were the hardest for me. I am currently on day 5 all Clear Liquids. Day 2 I had nausea and headache bad. Feeling much better now. Good luck to all. My surgery is Wednesday! Lisa ????

I know how you feel. I had to do 6 months of dietitian visits and was sure I would be disqualified because I didn't lose any weight during that time. I got the call last Friday that I was approved. I was in the middle of Kohl's and just stood there. I was in shock. Then she wanted to schedule it as soon as next week, and that shocked me even more. Getting used to it now. On day 3 of 7 of a clear liquid diet. Surgery is May 18.

Hello! I am on day 2 of a 7 day clear liquid diet. Soooo hungry! Headaches and nausea. Can't look at facebook because of all the pictures of food on there. I want carbs!!! My surgery date is May 18, also!
