  1. thank you NMSUNSHINE, I can only hope I can be one of the lucky ones that don't have to struggle all the time, I know once I set my mind to have this done, there's no way I can let my self down, but it is a scary thing even to think about it ,I thank all of you that have been so nice and have taken the time to write back in this forum and hope to be one of you guys soon!
  2. 450 ...are you telling me he does 9 to 10 lapbands in a day??? how does he doit? he must be exhausted by the end of the day
  3. I haven`t had my surgery yet, but this is one of the things that I have been reading alot lately and it`s vey scary for me , have you gotten a second opinion yet? I imagine you have but to go through all this and then have your band removed...I can only imagine how painful it is. please keep us updated on your condition I really wish you the best:thumbup:

I think I might be spending a little to much time reading through this forum, now I'm reading all this horror stories about not being able to eat anything after the surgery for ever, also PAIN Left shoulder pain,what is this?? and on other threads many people complain of lack of information Need some advise :confused2: from some of you guys that already went through all this .
  5. I tried every diet out there for the past 7 years, enough already...can't take it no more I gained 63 lbs for the last couple of years instead of keeping them off.

  10. That´s one of the things that I´m most afraid of ,I love to eat and I eat till I can´t even sit down, so I´m afraid I will be a failure with this too.

I called and spoke to Dr. Valenzuelaway ( by the way, his english is perfect don´t you think so?) he send me alot of information regarding the procedure but I wanted to hear from you too, you see ,they have two options either at the clinic or at Hospital Angeles, where did you have yours done? how was it? do you recommend it? now that I called sounds real, and I´m getting nervous.

  14. I have been reading alot of posts some are nice and informative, but oh boy! you get some people that want to crucify you for asking or for not choosing their doctor,anyways I have heard many good things about 3 doctors I want my surgery done sometime in april.
